Join us for MOA Kick off the Summer 2024! Held once again at Harborside Hotel and Spa in Bar Harbor Maine.
Our MOA members and board appreciate and recognize the valuable support exhibit companies provide at our educational programs, and we strive to make every effort to see your company receives attention and opportunities to meet with the Maine Optometrists, student doctors, and Optometrist from away in both the exhibit and social settings.
Exhibit hours for Kick off the Summer
Thursday, June 6 th, 2024
Exhibit booth Setup exhibit – 5:00pm -8:00pm or Friday AM
Bar Harbor Club, Club Dining Room – all tables will be assigned.
Please make a note of who will be attending and if you need power.
Standard Booth size 8x10 with cloth 1 chair and wastebasket
Basic Wi-Fi, snacks, beverages, and Friday Lunch

Dinner on the Bay with the MOA! Sponsor – (co-sponsor) $3,000 Full sponsorship ($7850)
The Acadia Shore Lobster Experience- Full buffet of lobster, BBQ chicken, steak and all the fixings with dessert and 2 drinks. A FUN FAMILY EVENT on Saturday Evening – Get your face and company name out there and show your support for the MOA family. Your company name will be on signage, use your cups, napkins and other branded items. Tickets will display your company logo, and product or QR code.
Exhibit Hall Happy Hour Sponsor— $2000
Attendees can use their sponsored drink ticket in the exhibit hall on Friday evening. Your company’s signage will be placed next to the bar, providing maximum exposure and announced in the grand hall. The sponsor will have the opportunity to provide branded napkins and cups.
Refreshment Station Sponsor ( Four Available)—$1,000
Help attendees stay hydrated throughout the conference with coffee, soft drinks, and water stations in high-traffic areas. The sponsor may provide branded napkins and/or cups. Signage will be front and center.
**** exhibit rules & regulations Vendors and sponsors are not allowed to hold events coinciding with scheduled conference activities. All onsite events at the Harborside Hotel and Spa must be approved by MOA. Participating vendors are not allowed to contact attendees or members and state they are with the MOA or calling on behalf of the MOA. Vendors must clearly state they are a participating vendor of the MOA conference.
