Happy Anniversary to the Maine Optometric Association! In 2026, we proudly celebrate our 125th year of membership. The Maine Optometric Association has a long history of strong membership and of welcoming colleagues from across New England to our conferences here in Maine. As we mark this milestone year, we would love to partner with you in 2026.
We are offering great opportunities for you to connect with Doctors of Optometry in Maine and beyond through our in-person conferences and virtual educational offerings. Our Kickoff the Summer Conference in Bar Harbor, June 5–7th, attracts ODs from near and far, while our Annual Conference in Portland, Maine, December 4–6th, continues a cornerstone event for optometric education and networking. In addition, the MOA will host virtual CE programs in both the spring and fall, as well as reconnecting and mentoring events throughout the year, as part of our 125th Anniversary celebration.

Become an MOA Partner and show your commitment to Maine ODs. Our membership continues to grow, and we are actively engaging members, students, and young ODs across the state with important information and professional support. There has never been a better time to unite as passionate professionals. Maine Doctors of Optometry are committed to improving patient care, public awareness, and the professional standing of optometry.
